In the past year, 1198 happy students passed through NOLS Rocky Mountain. Three thousand two hundred and thirty-four pounds of summer sausage and 7220 pounds of cheese were delivered to the Gormet Gulch this year. “It’s great!” exclaimed assistant director Andy Blair. “Is that it?” said Kevin McGowan, outfitting manager. “That’s a lot of wind pants” added Graham Kolb, outfitting coordinator, while riding by on the outfitting department’s ‘ripstick’ skateboard.
Such impressive statistics makes one wonder– how does so much get done here at NOLS Rocky Mountain? The 14,000 cups of coffee brewed in the last year have something to do with it, but that’s not all. Here’s a look at some of the key players at NOLS Rocky Mountain that ensure that things keep running smoothly:
